This really needs to be said: The guys in this company are amazing, aside from creating fabulous high quality games, their customer service is top notch.
After accedently destroying some components in the washing machine from horus heresy, A quick e-mail to them with an explanation of what was destroyed and how it happened (yes I told them I accedently washed them), and first bussiness day back, they reply saying that replacments where on the way, free of charge, and it even included a little quip about checking my pockets before I put things in the machine.
I have to say I was honsetly impressed, apart from getting replacments free of charge, they answered promptly, and it wasnt an automated response. I was ready and fully expecting to have to pay for the replacments, but these guys go above and beyond.

Hahahaha number one washing machine story wins for itself And thats heaps good cos i would have expected to pay especially seeing as it wasnt component fault etc.
