This is the cheapest deck I could make that actually stands a chance of winning.

Mystical Space Typhoon x2
Cyber Dragon x2
Necrovalley x1
Starlight Road x2
Gravekeeper's Descendant x1
Graveskeeper's Chief x1
Nobleman of Crossout x2
Smashing Ground x2
All cards in the main deck are either common, rare or starter deck cards with the exception of Plague (a gold series 3 card), and malefic (jump promo card).
If you have a spare $300 you can replace the upstarts with Pot of Duality, and should you further want to invest in the deck, for a further $100 you can drop a couple of traps for a pair of Solemn Warnings. Though to be honest, after doing some fair extensive probability and risk analysis on it, for the $400 investment you will only really increase your consistency by about 6.4%. Now for a huge 10+ round tournament like the ones in the US they may be worth it, but for a 4-6 round locals/regionals, the performance is negligible.
